We're back!

Have you been wondering about us? We've had quite a bit going on in our lives during the past week. The school year is ending, which means lots of stuff for this teacher to get completed. I'm also working with a local science museum on some professional development and a science camp for Kindergarten/1st graders! I can't wait to share it with you. I am doing two camps: Incredible Insects and Magnificent Oceans. Can't wait to see their little faces light up with the scientific light-bulbs!

Anywho...this past weekend we had quite a scare. Carter started with some coughs on Thursday and by Saturday morning at 3AM, he couldn't breathe. Poor guy. We rushed to Riley Children's Hospital for some serious help. Two breathing treatments, a chest x-ray, and a long day in the hospital was our day. We've been doing breathing treatments and antibiotics faithfully, and this little one couldn't be more of a champ. The breathing treatments were called "turning into a dragon" and were quite effective.

He also loved riding in the wheel-chair {which he had never done}. The doctors, residents, and nurses are all amazing at Riley. Thankful that our little one is doing better!

I promise to update you more in the following days...
